Making an impact locally and globally

WHY we give:

At Wood and Disney we feel privileged to live in a prosperous and peaceful part of the world where any number of lifestyle choices are available to us, we are able to flourish in our locality and our children are healthy and strong. There are certain basics we take for granted such as good health, clean drinking water, ample food and education for our children.

Through our giving, we believe we can make a small but positive impact to lives both locally and globally.

WHERE we give:

We encourage every member of our team to select a local charity close to their hearts so that we can make a monthly donation. Charities we have supported in the past have included:

Mind
Mercury Theatre
Essex Wildlife Trust

We also believe that our giving through B1G1 can make an impact on lives around the world. To date our giving has impacted on lives in Cambodia, India, Indonesia and Nepal.

HOW we give:

We are lifetime members of B1G1 which is a social enterprise and non-profit organisation with a mission to create a world that’s full of giving and 100% of all contributions made to B1G1 go directly to their projects.

If you decide to work with us we will give a contribution on your behalf to one of our projects in B1G1.
